Building a Relationship
By Building a good Relationship with Customer can get you the business in long term. Its can be done by asking relevant and right questions. Make them hero!

Listening
As i said earlier also, Listening is to key to get the business. you get to know about Customer needs, his problems, our possibilities to work on.

Talk about Money
Don’t ever hesitate to ask about their budget, some of client has no budget you are offering for, by knowing how much they spend on this you can get to know what to offer them in the first place.

Respect Time
I need not to explain this to you, this is thing we have thousands times from our parents, teacher’s, Seniors, colleagues etc.
Being on time is not crime, it’s plus point in every aspects of life.

Set Reasonable Expectations
What this mean by set Reasonable Expectations, I mean Don’t tell lies for get Order. Tell them what is expected and What’s not.

Deliver What You have Promised.
This is where relations with clients breaks, you have to be true on your word’s. Deliver what you have promised. For the closing the deal so many Sales Persons tell Prospect’s what they can’t deliver. Don’t be such a Person. When you deliver what you have promised, Customer comes back for more.
